Matthew Rank, MD

Matthew Rank, M.D. is Chair of the Division of Allergy, Asthma, and Clinical Immunology at Mayo Clinic in Arizona and Associate Professor of Medicine in the Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine.  He is board-certified in Allergy-Immunology, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics.  He attended medical school at the University of Wisconsin, completed an Internal Medicine-Pediatrics residency at the Ohio State University Medical Center and Columbus Children’s Hospital (now Nationwide Children’s Hospital) and a fellowship in Allergy-Immunology at Mayo Clinic.  He completed additional training in research methods at the Mayo Clinic Center for Clinical and Translational Research and in the Kern Center for the Science of Healthcare Delivery.  He currently serves as the director of the Kern Scholars program at Mayo Clinic, where junior faculty are trained in health services research, and as the associate program director for the Allergy-Immunology fellowship training program at Mayo Clinic in Arizona
